Terms of Service

BABI's Tutorials (ebarvideos.hasantha.online) is a private, personal study library. It holds exam tutorials for one student and is run by one person as a favour, not as a business. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

The site is invitation-only. You can only get in with the password the site owner gives you. Please keep it to yourself: don't share it, and don't try to get in any other way.

Using the site

• Use it for studying: to watch, read, listen to and save the materials in it.
• Only add material you have the right to keep for your own study.
• Don't try to disrupt the site, get past its sign-in, or reach files that aren't yours.

The materials

Videos, documents and other materials in the library belong to whoever made them. They are kept here only so one person can study privately. Nothing here is published, and nothing may be redistributed. If you own something in the library and would like it removed, contact the site owner and it will be taken down.

Google Drive

The library's files are stored in the site owner's Google Drive, so Google's own terms also apply to them. How the site uses its Drive connection is explained in the Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. It is looked after with care, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and files can occasionally fail to play or go missing. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. As far as the law allows, the site owner isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from it being unavailable.

Ending access

The site owner can change the password, remove access, or close the site at any time.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.
